摘 要: 采用溶胶-凝胶拉提法在多孔泡沫镍基片上制备了纳米TiO2薄膜光阳极。利用自制反应器,对碱性紫5BN在固定态TiO2薄膜光阳极上的催化降解进行了研究。考察了外加电压、初始pH值、外加氧化剂对目标物质降解效率的影响。实验结果表明:制备的光催化剂具有良好的催化活性,通过XRD表征发现所制备的TiO2均为锐钛矿型;外加1.0V阳极电压时光电催化降解效果最好;初始pH为碱性时可以更好地进行降解;在酸性初始条件下降解效率反而有所降低;外加氧化剂对降解反应起到了增效作用;外加电压和氧化剂大大增加了降解反应的动力学速率常数。 Nano TiO2 thin film photoanode was prepared on porous foam nickel-base slice by sol-gel technique and the study of catalytic degradation of basic violet 5BN was carried out on TiO2 thin film photoanode in fixed state. The effect of applied voltage, initial pH value and oxidant on degradation efficiency of the substance was studied. It was shown that the photocatyst prepared possessed better catalytic activation and TiO2 discovered through XRD was ofanatase type; when anode voltage of 1.0V was applied, the effect ofphotocatalytic degradation was the best; when pH value was in basic range, the degradation could be carried out the best; under the initial acidic condition, however, the degradation rate would lower somewhat; oxidant dosed played a role in improving effect on degradation reaction; applied voltage and oxidant greatly increased the dynamic rate constant of degradation action.
