摘 要: 针对热轧层流冷却区带钢温度控制系统的滞后性,介绍了模糊控制与Smith预估器相结合的模糊预估反馈控制补偿策略。此控制器比常规控制器调节时间短、响应快,且能有效地消除纯滞后环节所产生的振荡。由于其实现简单、稳定性高,得到了实际应用,卷取温度精度可控制在±10℃之内。 In accordance with features of dead time in strip temperature control system of laminar cooling in hot strip mill, Fuzzy prediction control method is introduced. The regulation time and response time of the newly developed controller are shorter than those of traditional one. The instability caused by pure lagging effect can be eliminated effectively. This control method has been applied in a hot strip mill owing to its easy realization and high stability. The accuracy of coiling temperature can be controlled within ±10℃.
