摘　　要： 以大白菜叶片为材料,研究了与冷害有关的游离脯氨酸含量变化情况。结果表明,低温能使大白菜叶片内游离脯氨酸大量积累;对不同部位叶片而言,顶芽最富脯氨酸,其次为中部叶片。 The isolated leaves of Chinese cabbage were used as materials whose change of free proline content were studied. The results showed that low temperature can give rise to large accumulation of free proline content in Chinese cabbage. The different part leaves of a Chinese cabbage contain various trace free proline, in the middle of leaves, the top leaves contain the most free proline and the middle next.
