摘　　要： 阐述了学科馆员制度的主要工作任务,提出学科馆员要通过文献信息服务的参与支持学科的发展。根据高职院校的职能定位和实际情况,避免盲目模仿。结合自身的特点,建立具有高职院校特色的学科馆员制度。 This article demonstrates the master tasks of the subject librarian system and points out that the subject librarian must support the subject development through the information service of literature. It also suggests that the building of this system must stand on its own feature and not to copy blindly.
