摘　　要： 研究了紫外光分光光度法测定食品包装纸用色素黄柏黄酮含量的方法,以芦丁为参照品,测量波长为359 nm,平均回收率为99.90%,精密度为1.27%,说明紫外分光光度法是一种较理想的测定方法。 Total flavonoid content in phellodendron chinense schneid was determined by UV-spectrephotometry. The contrast sample of UV-spectrophotometry was rutin and the analyzed wavelength was 359 nm, the average recovery is 99.90% and precision is 1.27%. By the results, it was found that UV-spectrophotometry is a fine method for detection of total flavonoid content in phellodendron chinense schneid.
