摘 要: 研究了Te(Ⅳ)胁迫下螺旋藻鲜活细胞与冻融破壁后细胞的光谱性质,吸收光谱表明Te(Ⅳ)胁迫下藻细胞的特征吸收峰明显降低,对于冻融后的藻细胞,藻蓝蛋白的吸收峰成为主峰,且随着Te(Ⅳ)浓度的增大其强度显著降低,说明高浓度Te(Ⅳ)胁迫对藻蓝蛋白的损伤最为明显;荧光光谱显示,荧光峰的位置较对照组没有发生移动,但强度明显降低,表明在高浓度的Te(Ⅳ)胁迫下螺旋藻中主要的光合色素遭到明显的损伤;冻融细胞残渣的荧光未观察到发射峰。 The spectra of fresh and frozen-thawed cells of Spirulina maxima under Te stress were studied. The absorption spectra showed that the peak intensity of cells under Te stress decreased greatly. For the frozen-thawed cells,the peak of phycocyanin becomes the maximum peak,and the intensity decreased with the increase of Te ( Ⅳ ) concentration. This indicated that the damage of phycocyanin was the most serious under high concentration of Te stress. The fluorescence showed that the position of peaks had no shift, but the intensity decreased dramatically, which indicated that the pigments of Spirulina maxima were damaged greatly under high concentration of Te stress. The fluorescence of frozen-dried powder of frozen-thawed cells showed that no emission peaks could be observed.
