摘　　要： 培养适应不同行业需求的安全工程专业人才具有重要意义。论述了建立安全工程专业多样性人才培养模式的必要性,提出了安全工程专业人才培养基本框架。在社会安全人才需求状况调查、学生的个体需求调查和教学资源现状分析的基础上,介绍了华南理工大学安全工程专业多样性人才培养的途径。针对安全工程专业人才需求的特点,以主动适应社会需求为目标,通过专业课程内容调整、开放式办学、教学资源开发和引导学生开展研究型学习等措施,可培养安全工程专业多样性本科人才。 It is significant to bring up comprehensive ability of undergraduate in safety engineering to meet the needs of different industry. The necessity to set up education model for them is discussed. The basic frame of education of them is presented. Based on the requirements of the talent-market and students, the approaches to bring up the varied undergraduate talents majoring in safety engineering of South China University of Technology are introduced according to the conditions of teaching resource. Aiming at the requirements of the talent-market, many measures are adopted to meet social needs, such as adjusting the contents of special courses, opening the way of running the school, developing teaching resources and guiding the students to carry out researches, etc.
