摘　　要： 道德风险是在不完全合约条件下由于代理人“隐瞒信息”和“隐瞒行为”给委托人带来的风险,它不是道德与风险的简单组合;违背职业道德不是道德风险;防范道德风险要降低事前信息的不对称和应有不同的配套措施;不宜把金融职务犯罪等同于道德风险;值得关注的是金融职务犯罪的关联性。 Moral hazard, the risk brought by the agent due to his ＂hidden information＂ and ＂hidden action＂ under the incomplete contract, is not just a simple combination of moral and risk. Therefore, the violation of professional ethics cannot be explained by moral risk. In the light of this statement, the impact of information asymmetry should be lessened and meanwhile various corresponding measures should be taken in order to prevent moral hazard. It serves great purpose to draw a clear distinction between financial post crimes and moral risk and pay close attention to other correlative factors of financial post crimes.
