摘 要: 教育部对非英语专业学生听说能力提出了新要求,然而许多高校的大学英语教学却因办学规模扩大不得不实行大班授课,大学英语听说教学改革势在必行。通过一个学年的听说教学实践活动,证明了自主与合作相结合的学习模式有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的合作能力和自主学习能力,提高学生整体的听说水平。 According to the new requirements of Ministry of Education to the lisening, and speaking abilities of non - English majors, the difficuhies students have in improving these abilities as well as the situation that large - scale lectures have to be given because of extending enrolment, a study on cultivating students' listening and speaking abilites was carried out. After an academic year' s experiment, it was proved that the model of autonomous and cooperative learning was contrioutive to the stimulation of students' interests in English leaming, to the cultivation of students' autonomous and cooperative learning abilities, and to the enhancement of the overall, level of students' listening and speaking.
