摘　　要： 以广东省农村学校普及普通话调研为基础,通过数据对比,对广东省农村地区的普通话工作现状作出评价,提出“建设和谐广东需要和谐语言环境”的观点,并就今后如何提高广东农村地区推普工作水平提出建议。 Based upon the research on the promotion of putonghua in the rural schools in Guangdong and by comparison of the data collected, the author comments on the present situation and the promotion of putonghua in the rural areas in Guangdong, putting forth his viewpoint that the construction of Guangdong＇s harmonious society needs a harmonious language environment, and offering his ideas of how to promote putonghua in ntral Guangdong in the future.
