摘 要: 对国内外蒸发式冷凝器研究进展进行了综述,并主要从管外水膜的影响方面就性能改进提出了分析,进行了可视化研究。研究结果表明,扭曲管和管外亲水处理都能获得较好的水膜分布,而且还可以达到减小水膜热阻和提高蒸发式冷凝器传热性能的目的。 A general description is given on evaporative condenser both at home and abroad. Analysis is put forward on improvements on performance affected by water film outside tubes as well and a visible study has been done. The result shows that the twisted tubes and hydrophilic coat on the surface of tubes get better water film distribution,so heat resistance is decreased and heat transfer performance of evaporative condenser is enhanced.
