摘　　要： 可拓学以可拓性为创新依据,蕴含着“创新无限”的思想,可拓策划理论应用干住宅产品类型创新这一焦点课题应充分考虑居住环境的系统性与用户需求的动态性和多样性．可拓策划创意强调在矛盾分析的基础上,发散和收敛结合的生成机制．围绕空间资源利用所作的住宅产品类型策划,其不相容转化为相容的创意生成可分为利用可拓变换方法生成多个住宅产品类型创意和依据居住需求,进行评价筛选两大步骤。住宅产品类型的深度策划是一个常新的问题,引入可拓学形式化解决矛盾问题的新思路,形成具有较强可操作性的方法体系,可以使人们在策划时不必过多依赖灵感．在探讨解析的基础上,提出借助计算机技术研发基于可拓方法的并具有涵盖创意生成、优度评价和扩大项目效果的多模块计算机辅助住宅策划系统CAEHP的构想． The inn ovation idea of Extenics lies in taking extendable quality as innovation source and its thought of endless innovation. When used in the focus topic of housing products type,extension planning theoties should take the system of human settlements and the dwellers＇ dynamic and various needs into account sufficiently. Its way to originality emphasizes the mechanism of combining divergence and convergence based on the contradiction analysis. To the problem of housing plan which is concerned with space resource, its originality from incompatibility to compatibility has two steps. One is to conceive some new housing products type by Extenics way, the other is to evaluate and make choice according to inhabitation demand. The deep plan of housing products type is a new topic, and by using the new formalization thought of Extenics to solve contradiction problem, the plan system with more operation ability will be sure to make the planers depend less on inspiration. After that, the concept of multiple - module （ including originality, excellence evaluation and item purpose expansion ） Computer Aided Extension Housing Planning system based on extension methods is brought out in virtue of the development of computer technology.
