摘　　要： 对棉针织物活性染料冷轧堆染色的工艺条件作了详细分析,并将冷轧堆法大生产染色与常规溢流喷射染色的染色牢度、收缩率进行了对比。结果表明,冷轧堆染色完全可以应用于针织物,并具有固色率高、能耗低、污水排放少等优点。 This paper introduces dyeing conditions of cold pad-batch process with reactive dyes in detail, the fastness and shrinkage of theknits separately dyed with cold pad-batch process and overflow jet process are compared. It is found that cold pad-batch dyeing process is an eco process, which can impart the knits higher dye yield, while consumes less energy and discharges lower sewage.
