摘 要: 针对煤化工中在高温腐蚀介质状况下的加热炉管快速失效问题,通过比较分析及试验研究,选用了AL-6XN作为炉管的替代材料,从设计、成型、焊接工艺方面进行了研究,并制造了首台可长周期运行的精蒽加热炉管。 To solve the speedy failure problem on furnace heating tube of carbon chemical engineering equipment with high temperature successfully adopting special material AL - 6XN to replace the used material for this corrosion media by analysis, testing, And successfully manufactured the first local new type PRO furnace tube which is working for long time.
