摘 要: EJMA标准提供了波纹管材料在设计温度下的屈服极限Sy值的计算公式,但该公式中从鉴定试验报告中获得的常温下退火态波纹管材料的屈服强度Sym值需要查找相关材料质保书才能得到,给设计带来许多不确定性。本文参照可靠性设计中确定材料许用应力的方法,采集近三年304薄板材料的质保书中数据,用统计技术的方法确定合理的Sym值,并据此将EJMA标准给出的Sy值的计算公式进行简化,提供了切实可行、使用方便的Sy的计算公式。 The EJMA standard has provide the equation for the yield strength at design temperature of bellows Sy, and the yield strength at room temperature of the actual bellows material in the annealed condition Sym in the equation shall be gained from the certified test report. It' s very uneonvenienee to get the value of Sym when calculating the Sy of bellows. This paper collects the value of Sym from the certified test reports of 304 material sheets used in recently three years, and refers to the method to determine the material allowable stress in reliability design, using the statistical method to determine the reasonable value of Sym, and using the result to simplify the equation given by the FAMA standard, as a result this paper gives the feasible and convenience equation of Sy.
