摘 要: 我国学校管理普遍采用科层制组织形式,学校政府化倾向严重,学校领导官员意识浓厚,严重妨碍了教育创新人才的培养。服务型学校管理模式坚持为师生提供优质服务的理念,建立扁平化组织结构,采用弹性管理机制,重视决策的民主参与,加强学校组织成员间及其与社会之间的合作、互动和对话,从而能促进学校教育的健康发展。 The organizational form of bureaucrat is mostly applied in the school management in China with serious trend of government, school leaders' strong awareness of being officials, seriously hindering the fostering of creative educational talents. The service - oriented school management model maintains the notion of providing high quality service for teachers and students, builds the flat organization, applies the elastic management mechanism, highlights the democratic participation of policy, strengthens the cooperation, interaction and dialogue between the school members and society so that the healthy development of school education will be promoted.
