摘 要: 比较应用CAD/CAE/CAM技术的注塑模设计制造方法与传统模具设计制造过程,说明MPI作用与在优化设计中的地位;MPI对注塑模进行模流分析,建立在以网格划分及修改为主要内容的分析前处理基础上进行,通过一实例在MPI环境下对模型网格划分及修改,并根据注塑模工艺过程参数,进行最佳浇口位置的分析与浇口位置确定,说明应用MPI可实现注塑模设计优化。 beginning with comparing CAD/CAE/CAM with traditional injection mold design and manufacture, this paper is intended to discuss the function and status of MPI in optimization design. Injection mold flow is analyzed with MPI, based on mesh generation and front Processing. For example, with mesh generation and modification in MPI, the basis of injection process settings, the best gate location is analyzed and thus determined, which shows that injection mold optimization design can be realized by MPI.
