摘 要: 提高畜禽对饲料的利用效率一直是动物营养学非常关注的研究领域,尤其在当前饲料原料比较紧缺的情况下如何提高饲料的利用价值更值得重视。阻碍畜禽对饲料充分利用的一个重要因素是饲料原料中含有多种多样的抗营养因子。这些抗营养因子通过干扰畜禽的正常消化和代谢功能而影响动物生产潜能的充分发挥,降低饲料的利用效率。已经发现在豆类籽实和饼粕饲料中含有较高的α-半乳糖苷。部分研究报告指出α-半乳糖苷是一种抗营养因子。本文综述了近年来对α-半乳糖苷的抗营养作用研究,并且介绍了α-半乳糖苷酶在猪日粮中的应用研究。 α-Galactosides is very abundant in legume seeds meal, which is the most widely utilized protein source in husbandry animals. It is thought that α-galactosides, mainly referred as raffinose and stachyose, have some antinutritional effects on growth performance, nutrients utilization and dige sta processing rate through the intestine of animals, Some researchers have used the relative enzyme preparation-α-galactosidase to reduce the antinutritional effects resulted from α-galactosides. This paper summarized the recent development of α- galactosides antinutritional effects and the dietary α-galacto sidase supplementation effects in animal production.
