摘　　要： Vietnam is an important nation in Southeast,and it is also a critical key to solve the problem of South China Sea.It is meaningful to study Vietnam armed forces,especially its sea power.Vietnam Marine Police was established in 1998,and it will play an important role in sea cooperation between Vietnam and China.This article focuses on the establishment of Vietnam Marine Police,its assets and obligations.
