摘　　要： 对于刚毕业即将走上“教师”工作岗位的“新手”来说,如何能尽快适应“教师角色”,顺利完成从学生向教师角色的转换,成为一名合格教师是其面临的重要问题.要解决好这个问题,应从以下三个方面做起：一要有一个明确的意识;二要掌握好两方面的知识;三要处理好三种关系.作者定义为“教师角色转换的123”. For the novices who have just graduated and are going to be in the ＂teaching＂ post, an important issue for them to solve to become a qualified teacher is how to adjust themselves to ＂a teacher＇s role＂ as quickly as possible, and transform their role from students to teachers smoothly. The following 3 aspects should be followed, namely, having a clear awareness of being a teacher, grasping two kinds of knowledge, handling well three kinds of relationship. Therefore, we term it as ＂one-two-three points＂ in teacher＇ s role transformation.
