摘　　要： 以短光低温不育水稻宜DS成熟种子为材料,对影响短光低温不育水稻成熟胚愈伤组织诱导的多种因素进行了分析研究。结果表明:适宜的基本培养基是提高愈伤组织诱导率及愈伤组织质量的基础;不同的激素处理,对于提高愈伤组织诱导率和愈伤组织质量有重要的作用,对于本试验材料,使用较低浓度(0.5 mg.L-1)的2,4-D搭配较高浓度(2.0 mg.L-1)的6-BA效果较好;铁盐、钾离子等无机养分对愈伤组织的诱导及生长有一定的作用。 Factors affecting the callus induction of mature embtyo were studied in short photoperiod low temperature induced male sterile rice seeds. The results showed that selecting suitable medium is basis to improve the induction rate and the quality of embryogenic callus. The hormone treatments have certain effects on the callus induction rate and quality, especially, the effect of 2,4 -D is more evident than others. Inorganic nourishment such as Fe3^＋ .k^＋ has some effects on the callus induction rate and quality.
