摘 要: 碱性条件下,N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(NBSM)氧化西咪替丁,荧光素作为能量转移剂,在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)的增敏作用下产生化学发光。基于此,结合流动注射技术,建立了测定西咪替丁的化学发光分析法,研究了影响化学发光强度的因素,并探讨了化学发光可能的机理。化学发光信号强度△I与西咪替丁的浓度在8×10^-5~1×10^-1g·L^-1范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3σ)为2.8×10^-5g·L^-1,对3×10^-3g·L^-1的西咪替丁进行了11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.4%,将方法用于西咪替丁胶囊中西咪替丁的定量分析,结果满意。 A novel sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) system coupled with flow injection analysis for the determination of cimetidine in pharmaceutical preparations is proposed in this paper. The method is based on the chemiluminescence emitted during the oxidation of cimetidine by N-bromosuccinimide (NBSM) in alkaline medium in the presence of fluorescein as energy transfer. CL of the system was enhanced by CTMAB. Various factors influential to CL system were investigated carefully. The possible mechanism of the proposed method was also studied preliminarily. The increase of CL emission intensity kept linearity with cimetidine concentration in the range of 8×10^-5 - 1 × 10^-1 g · L^-1 and the detection limit is 2. 8 × 10^-5 g · L^-1 (3a). The relative standard deviation is 1.4% (at the level of 3 × 10^-3g · L^-1, n= 11). The proposed method has been successfully used for the determination of cimetidine in capsules.
