摘　　要： 新保守主义源于施特劳斯的“自然正当”说和新教的“选民”思想,其逻辑在布什政府具体的外交方略上体现为霸权意图,单边主义和推行民主。新保守主义的逻辑悖论是明显的,它的前途和走向处于不定状态之中。 Neo-conservatism is rooted in the theory of ＂natural rights＂ by Leo.Strauss and the thinking of ＂the chosen people＂ of Protestant its logic is characterized with hegemonic disposition, unilateralismand ＂exporting democracy＂ inthediplomacy of Bush administration. The paradox of the logic of Neo-conservatism is evident. The tendency and prospect of Neo-conservatism is still in an uncertain state.
