Ni基催化剂载体对甲烷自热重整制氢反应的影响

摘  要: 考察了不同载体及Zr添加量对甲烷自热重整制氢反应的影响。结果表明,载体为ZrAlO时,Ni基催化剂的催化性能最好,且CH4转化率和H2收率随着反应温度的升高而增大,850℃时CH4转化率保持在100%,H2收率达到79%。对不同Zr添加量的Ni基催化剂XRD谱图分析结果发现,随着Zr的添加量的增加,Al2O3和NiAl2O4的衍射峰逐渐变得弥散,而ZrO2的衍射峰逐渐尖锐,且主要以四方相的亚稳态晶相存在。新生成的Zr5Al3O0.5物种占据了本可以生成NiAl2O4尖晶石的位置,提高了NiO的分散性,从而提高了催化剂的活性。 It was investigated how the different carriers and different Zr contents play impact upon catalytic performance of Ni catalysts for autothermal reforming of methane to hydrogen. The reaction results indicated that the catalytic performance of Ni/ZrAlO catalyst was better than the others. With the increasing of the reaction temperature, the conversion of CH_4 and H_2 yield were improved. At the temperature of 850℃, the conversion of CH_4 was 100% and H_2 yield was 79%. XRD results showed that the Al_2O_3 and NiAl_2O_4 phase became dispersion and the ZrO_2 phase became acuity, mainly existent in metastable tetragonal crystalline phase. The formation of NiAl_2O_4 was replaced by that of Zr_5Al_3O_ 0.5, so that the dispersion of NiO was increased, and then the activation of catalysts was also improved.
