钢渣/焦炭吸附—微波降解法处理阳离子染料废水

摘  要: 以结晶紫溶液模拟阳离子染料废水,研究了钢渣对染料的吸附性能及其影响因素。结果表明,在碱性条件下,钢渣对结晶紫不仅吸附速率快,而且吸附容量大。利用钢渣对染料的吸附特性和焦炭吸收微波产生高温的性能,提出了以钢渣/焦炭吸附—微波降解处理阳离子染料废水的新方法。该方法简单有效,成本低廉,具有良好的应用前景。 The adsorptive capacities of steel slag for crystal violet were measured under a wide variety of test conditions of pH (7-10), slag particle size (40-200 mesh), and initial crystal violet concentration (100-500 mg/L). The results have demonstrated that steel slag is a good absorbent for the cationic dye, especially under a basic as its surface metal oxides becomes more negatively charged. Microwave irradiation (800 W) on 2 g of a slag and coke mixture (1 : 1) elevated the temperature to 665℃ in one minutes. Almost all the adsorbed crystal violet was oxidized in two minutes of such heating; a small amount of coke was also oxidized at the high temperature. After 8 cycles of adsorption and regeneration, the slag-coke mixture was still effective for removing crystal violet. The steel slag-coke mixture adsorption, coupled with the microwave regeneration, is a simple and attractive process for treating cationic dye wastewater.
