摘 要: 总结了根结线虫病的发生特点、研究现状以及当代生物技术的发展,介绍了根结线虫致病及防御信号传导的机制研究进展,阐述了根结线虫对其寄主巨型细胞的调控信号的理论依据,深入揭示了20世纪90年代发展起来的“细胞信号传导”理论,可望为防治根结线虫病开辟新的途径。 Root kont nematodes Meloidogyne spp. cause seriouse damages in plant production. After it has successfully infected its host, it forms its feeding cells called as giant cell in its host. It needs about 30 days for finishing its life cycle in its host. According to the theory of cell signal transduction, there must be some cell signals secreted by root - knot nematodes Meloidogyne spp. for mediating its feeding cells in its host, which people do not know today. It will be hopeful to find the cell signals by biotechnology. People may cut the cell signals transduction channel for controling the root - knot nematodes disease in the future.
