摘 要: 对钢板St13和BH 340、St14和BIF340的力学性能和成形性能进行了对比试验,并对BH 340和BIF340的强化机理进行了分析。通过试验分析得出,高强度钢板BH 340的烘烤硬化性能明显高于BIF340、St13、St14钢板;经过烘烤处理后其屈服强度明显提高;由于P、M n、Si的存在,对BH 340钢板有一定固溶强化作用;对高强度钢BH 340进行烘烤硬化处理不能使晶粒细化;BIF340是由细晶强化、固溶强化和析出强化组成的复合强化。 Contrast experiments were performed to compare the mechanical properties and shaping properties of the BH340 and BIF340 with those of domestic IF Steel St13,St14,and to analyze the strengthening mechanisms of BH340 and BIF340.The conclusions indicate the ability of bake hardening of BH340 is better than that of BIF340, St13,St14,and the yield strength of BH340 is improved distinctly after bake hardening where the existence of P,Si and Mn has an effect of solution strengthening and baking hardening can't make grain refined.The strengthening mechanisms of BIF340 involve grain refining stengthening,solid strengthening and precipitation strengthening.
