摘　　要： 穆旦的《出发》集中体现了诗人的宗教意识。在《约伯记》的影响和启示下，穆旦以神性的眼光来看待个体生命在社会历史境域中遭遇到的痛苦与混乱，使之变成了信仰领域中的真理，从而超越了现代启蒙思想的桎梏，超越了同时代人，为个体生命拓展出了一片全新的生存空间。《出发》的宗教意识虽然在外在历史境遇的压力之下走向了终结，但诗人的探索却对中国现代思想中的个体生存真实问题提出了尖锐的质疑。 Mu Dan＇s religious awareness is well presented in his poem Setting Out. Under the influence and revelation of Job, Mu examines the agonies the individuals suffered from and chaotic existential situations they were in from divine views, and he regards these suffering experience and chaotic existential state as the truth of faith. Hence, his view has gone beyond the limits of the modern enlightenment and his contemporaries, hopefully extended a new space for human existence. Although his religious awareness was eventually concealed under the external pressure from the historical context, his research has greatly challenged the modern Chinese philosophical notion of the truth of individual existence.
