摘　　要： 山西票号衰亡的主要原因是外国直接入侵诱发金融危机和新式金融对旧式金融的浸蚀两个方面。在现阶段,外国通过直接的战争形式诱发金融危机的方式已转变为间接的经济入侵,以史为镜我国规避金融危机的方式是完善金融制度和堵塞危机产生的通道。文章研究的结果对于中国的转型经济有现实意义。 Two major reasons underlying the demise of Shanxi Draft Banks are the financial crisis induced by foreign direct invasion and the erosion of an old system under a new one. Instead of induced by direct warfare, however, financial crisis at present is usually brought about by indirect foreign economic intrusion. Learning from the past, we can either prefect our existing financial system or remove the possibilities where it arises to avoid financial crisis. Findings of this article can be of some practical use for China's transitional economy.rebuilding the structure of organizations and promoting innovation of institutions.
