摘　　要： “中国英语”以国际规范英语为核心,把中国独有的文化、事物、意念和传统等通过音译、译借及语义再生等手段传入国际(英语)社会,同时也融入许多具有中国特色的表达方式。在中国的语料库语言学界至今无人建立“中国英语”语料库,而建设该语料库具有重要的作用和意义。“中国英语”语料库的建设可以借鉴国际英语语料库(ICE)各个分库的建设经验。众多的文本来源使建设“中国英语”语料库成为可能。 China English （or Chinish） , centered on the international normative English, introduces the particular cultures, objects, ideas and traditions of China to the international community by means of transliteration, interpretation and semantic regeneration, and simultaneously merges many typical expressions with Chinese characteristics. So far the China English Corpus hasn＇t been built yet, though the construction of this project will play very important roles. To build this corpus, researchers may use for reference the experiences of building the branches of International Corpus of English （ICE） . Numerous text resources enable researchers to build the China English Corpus.
