摘 要: 在750℃条件下,以AB5储氢合金为催化剂,甲烷为原料气,采用化学气相沉积法制备出多壁碳纳米管.对反应产物进行了结构和X射线衍射分析,比较了反应前后储氢合金催化剂的XRD谱图,同时探讨了储氢合金的催化机理.结果表明,AB5储氢合金粉末在高温氢气气氛下细化分解为纳米级的La和Ni金属颗粒,Ni微粒在反应中作为催化活性中心,催化甲烷裂解生长碳纳米管,而La起分散作用. Multi-walled carbon nanotubes were synthesized by chemical vapor deposition method at the temperature of 7500℃, using AB5 hydrogen storage alloy as a catalyst, methane as a raw material. The product was studied by its structure and X-ray diffraction (XRD). By comparing the XRD pattern, we found that the AB5 hydrogen storage alloy catalyst was refined and decomposed into La and Ni metal nano-particles, and Ni work as the catalyst active centre, La as the dispersant. Methane was decomposed to grow carbon nanotubes by the catalysis of Ni nano-particles.
