摘 要: 许多包装机械(如瓶装饮料灌装压盖机)所用圆柱凸轮的从动件在升程与降程都有较大的负载,这就要求做成双联圆柱凸轮,即有两条凸轮槽,分别驱动从动件在升程与降程的负载。文章根据双联圆柱凸轮的特殊结构特点和特殊运动要求,运用Pro/E软件进行数化设计,所建模型与实际零件完全一致。运用MasterCAM软件进行数控加工编程,采用由曲面到曲线并加入特殊控制点的四轴编程方法,该方法既巧妙又有独到之处,可实现无多余的抬刀和分层切削,零件的加工精度及表面质量均较高。 The cylindrical cam used in some packaging machine, it's driven part has a large load both in rising and dropping, so the cam must be made into double cylindrical cam. According to the special structure and athletics request of double_cylindrical_cam, the application of Pro/E software and MasterCAM software is in- troduced to parametric design and numerical control machining, and solve the problem of program.
