摘 要: 介绍了FESTO电液比例控制技术模拟压砖机动横梁运动过程,通过直线编码器读取脉冲信号精确确定油缸位移以改变油缸运动速度,实践证明,该系统可以为设计和改进压砖机提供重要的参考数据。 The all process using the FESTO's electro- hydraulic proportional control technology to imitate the movement of crossbeam for automatic hydraulic press was presented. By reading the pulse signal from straightedge coder, the system can define the position of cylinde accurately. The practice proves that this system may offer important data for design of hydraulic press.
