摘　　要： 以某焦化厂两组焦炉为对象,研究集气管压力的控制问题,对影响集气管压力的各种因素进行了较为详细的分析。针对被控对象的不确定性、时变性、变量间的严重耦合性和工艺的特殊性,提出了基于模糊PID的解决方案。并设计出一种模糊PID两模式控制器,提出了一种模式间无扰切换的方法。提供了系统的硬件选型,最后作出仿真并对结果进行了分析。 To two coke oven plant, all kinds of causes to affect the gas head pressure of coke oven were analyzed detailed. For the indeterminacy, denaturalization, coupling of variables and technics particularity of the plant, a Fuzzy - PID method was offered to control the pressure. A kind of two mode Fuzzy - PID controller was designed in this paper , with a way to avoid disturbance when control mode converses. Simulated results were analyzed at last.
