摘 要: 介绍了可逆冷轧机过程控制功率计算及其自适应学习方法,将功率计算值与现场实际功率进行对比,计算出功率模型中的自适应学习系数,用指数平滑法修正自适应学习系数提高该模型的设定精度,并分析了轧制力、轧制速度以及压下量对功率的影响。实例计算表明,采用这种方法计算功率,速度快且计算精度满足在线控制要求,适用于可逆冷轧机过程控制功率计算。 In this paper, power calculation and adaptive learning method of process control in reversible cold rolling mill are introduced. Then exponential smoothing method is used to calculate adaptive learning coefficient of power model by contrast between actual and caculated power. And the precision of rolling power model is improved through revising the adaptive learning coefficient. And the relationship between rolling force, rolling speed, reduction with power are also analyzed. The practical application shows that the accuracy and speed of this method can meet the requirement of on - line process control, and it is suitable for rolling power calculation of process control in reversible cold rolling mill.
