摘　　要： 采用饱和水溶液法制备了黄芩苷-β-环糊精包合物,用DTA,IR和SEM对其形成进行了表征。用正交试验设计确定了最佳反应条件为:m(黄芩苷)∶m(β-环糊精)=1∶3,包合温度65℃,搅拌速度700 r.min-1,搅拌时间1.0 h。 The inclusion complex of baicalin-β-cyclodextrin was prepared by saturated aqueous solution method and the formation was characterized by DTA, IR and SEM. The optimal preparation conditions were determined through orthogonal experiment： m（baicalin） ： m（β-cyclodextrin ） = 1 ： 3, the inclusion temperature was 65 ℃, the stirring rate was 700 r· min^ -1 and milling time was 1.0 h.
