摘 要: 采用动态流变仪研究液体聚异戊二烯橡胶(LIR)的动态流变性能。频率扫描证明,LIR的粘度对剪切频率的敏感性很弱,只有在剪切频率较高时粘度才会发生变化;温度扫描证明,LIR的流变行为对温度非常敏感,而且在较高温度(130℃左右)下,LIR开始出现轻微的交联,导致粘度显著升高;Arrhenius方程可以描述LIR粘度与温度的关系,利用不同温度下的零切粘度计算得到的LIR流动活化能为39.27 kJ.mol-1。 The dynamic rheological behavior of liquid IR (LIR) was investigated by dynamic rheometer. It was showed by shear rate scanning that the shear rate had little effect on the viscosity of LIR except for the high shear rate; it was showed by temperature scanning that the rheological behavior was very sensitive to the temperature, and LIR was slightly cross-linked at the higher temperature (above 130 ℃) to increase the viscosity remarkably;and the dependence of the LIR's viscosity on the temperature could be described by Arrhenius' equation, and the flow activation energy of LIR calculated from the viscosities at the zero shear rate and different temperatures was 39.27 kJ·mol^-1.
