摘 要: 应用有限元软件MARC,采用弹塑性有限元法对薄带钢四辊冷轧的轧制过程进行了模拟,并分析了轧后板形。计算模型耦合了支撑辊与工作辊之间受力、工作辊与带钢之间受力及其三者之间的变形问题,减少了计算模型的假设,使计算结果更精确可靠。通过模拟阐述了轧后带钢凸度的特征,得出了弯辊力对轧后带钢凸度的影响,通过对工作辊变形的分析,得出了工作辊变形对带钢凸度的影响。 The cold rolling process of four-high cold strip mill is simulated by using 3-D elastic-plastic FEM. In the model, the elastic deformation of work roll and backup roll, the plastic deformation of the strip and the pressure of strip and the work and the backup roll were taken into account. Based upon the simulation results, the characteristic of the crown of strip was obtained, and with the analysis on the deformation of the work roll the effect of the deformation of the work roll on the crown of strip was obtained.
