摘 要: 采用空冷+水冷的冷却方式,研究了终轧温度、层流冷却开始温度、卷取温度等对含Nb低Si-Mn热轧双相钢组织性能的影响,结果表明,通过合理的工艺控制可得到在细小的铁素体基体上均匀分布马氏体的组织及抗拉强度为550~600MPa的热轧双相钢. By using air-cooling plus water-cooling mode, the effects of technological parameters, such as finishing rolling temperature, laminar cooling temperature and coiling temperature on microstruture and mechanical properties of hot-rolled low Si-Mn containing Nb dual phase steel have been investigated. Based on the control of process parameters, 550-600MPa grade dual phase steels which consists of martensite island uniformly distributed in fine-grained ferrite matrix have been developed.
