摘 要: 糊精具有重要的应用价值。采用半干法制备药用糊精,最佳条件为反应温度90℃、浸泡淀粉的酸浓度0.1%、反应时间约4h。与原淀粉对比,生产的糊精仍保留颗粒态,黏度很低但稳定。 Dextrin has essential applied value. It studied the preparation of medical dextrin by half-dry process. The optimum condition are as follows: temperature 90%, the concentration of acid immerging starch 0.1%, time about 4h. Compared with native starch, dextrin was still granular and its viscosity was slow but stable.
