摘 要: 使用Marsh筒法对分别掺磷石膏和天然二水石膏作缓凝剂的水泥与不同外加剂的相容性进行了研究。结果表明,与掺天然二水石膏的水泥相比,在比表面积与SO3含量相同的条件下,掺磷石膏的水泥凝结时间显著延长,胶砂强度变化不大;与萘系、聚羧酸、糖钙减水剂的相容性较好,与胺基磺酸盐减水剂相容性略差;对于木钙减水剂则与熟料品种有关。掺磷石膏的水泥对混凝土的工作性能和强度无不良影响。 The compatibility of different superplasticizers with cement that added phosphogypsum or natural gypsum as retarder was studied by means of Marsh Cone. If the specific surface area and SO3 content were kept at a same level, the setting time of cement with phosphogypsum would be longer, and its compatibility with most of different kinds of superplasticizer would be better, no obvious different between the workability and mortar strength of cements with or without phosphogypsum had been observed. The compatibility of calcium lignosulfate with cements mostly depends on the type of clinker.
