摘 要: 目前供电公司针对电力高峰时期的错峰避峰计划主要是从安全的角度凭经验制定的。该文提出了我国电力市场过渡时期错峰避峰优化模型,模型以供电公司错峰避峰计划时的利润损失最小为目标,考虑用户安全等级、用户拖欠电费情况、不同用户的负荷率等因素,并用改进遗传算法完成求解,使原有的遗传算法部分地处理了连续变量并且发挥了遗传算法的全局寻优能力,并用算例验证了该方法的有效性。 Nowadays, the electric power companies implements different plans of peak shifting and averting which mainly considers the aspects of safety and experience. An optimal model for the plans of peak shifting and averting is proposed in this paper. The goal of this model is to minimize the losing profit of electric power companies according to the safe grades of the consumers, practical situations of the consumers who default the charge, different load rates of consumers and so on. This model is based on modified genetic algorithm to partly manage the consecutive variables by primary genetic algorithm and exert genetic algorithm's ability of seeking the optimal goal when all comes to all. The proposed measure is effective according to the calculative illustration.
