摘 要: 结合理论和数值计算分析了稀薄效应对磁头/磁盘系统纳米间隙润滑的影响。从膜厚的角度来看,低于气体分子平均自由程的比例并不大。而从膜厚和压力2方面来看,处于稀薄效应区域的比例将大大增加。实际的磁头/磁盘系统中,磁头的大部分仍工作在稀薄气体的滑流区域,离稀薄气体的过渡区还较远。考虑稀薄效应后,磁头/磁盘系统的重要工作性能参数,都有减小的趋势。 The influences of rarefied gas effect on the hard disk drive system were investigated using theory analysis and numerical simulation. On the view of film thickness,only small part regions are less than the mean free path of gas molecules. However, rarefied effect will increase obviously considering the aspects of film thickness and pressure. In the real head disk drive system, most parts of the magnetic head are still at the slip regime, far away the transition regime. Major performance parameters trend to lower by considering gas rarefied effect.
