摘 要: 文章针对8×8元热释电红外探测阵列设计了一种圆柱式旋转斩波调制器,它可对空间内180°范围的目标辐射进行波形调制,同时借鉴于ROM的读取方式对探测阵列进行了选读电路和微电流滤波放大电路的设计,并通过软硬件模拟了电路功能,为后续研究奠定了基础。 A kind of columned eircum_rotate wave-cutting modulator which can modulate the wave of space target's radiation in 180 degrees is designed for the 8×8 pyroelectric infrared detector arrays. According to the readout method of the ROM, the design of the readout integrate circuit and tiny current filter amplifying circuit is presented. The function of system is simulated through software and hardware. All the work make the foundation for the later research.
