摘 要: 利用高速摄影机和LS-DYNA对某新型手机的跌落试验进行冲击动力学分析。通过试验观察手机上、下面板的脱开情况,并测得手机的跌落速度、回弹速度和冲击时间,结合理论分析证明了数值分析的合理性和可靠性。数值分析还解释了跌落过程中手机在特定位置脱开的原因,以上分析表明手机部分设计存在不合理性。根据分析结果,提出增加局部结构柔度的手机优化设计方案,该方案被动力学分析所证明是有效的。 The high-speed digital camera and LS-DYNA were used to analyze the impact dynamics of a new kind of mobile phone under dropping. The separated position of the mobile phone was observed from the dropping tests, and the dropping velocity,rebounding velocity,and impact time were measured also,and a theoretical analysis showed the reasonability and reliability of the numerical analysis . The numerical analysis also revealed why the mobile phone separated on the specific location under droppings, which indicated that there existed some unreasonable designs of the mobile phone. According to the analysis results, an optimized scheme based on increasing the flexibility was proposed, which' s effectiveness was proved by the further dynamics analysis.
