摘 要: 对40Cr钢进行亚温淬火工艺研究,建立40Cr钢780℃亚温淬火新工艺,获得了较均匀分布的细针状马氏体及少量游离铁素体的优异显微组织,综合力学性能超过了YB6-71对40Cr钢要求的规定指标:σb、σs、ak较传统调质热处理工艺分别提高14.4%、22%和27%;并无需预淬火的复杂工艺,对挖掘40Cr钢的热处理潜力、改善组织性能、节约能源具有重要的意义。 As an effective toughening process for constructional steel, sub-temperature quenching was recognized. The results of studies on the process for 40Cr,which was applied widely,show that the excellent microstructure of fine needle martensites and a few free ferrites can be obtained. The general mechanical performance exceeded the index in YB6-71 for 40Cr steel. Compared with that of traditional modified treatment,the σb ,σs, σk was increased 14. 4% ,22% and 27% respectively. The technique sirepies the complicated process,in which pre-quenching was carried out before sub-temperature quenching, and is of significance for improving the quality of 40Cr steel by heat-treatment and economizing the source of energy.
