摘　　要： 资本流动是资本优化配置的结果,泛珠三角区域合作的提出,客观上加速了资本在泛珠三角区域内的流动,从而对区域金融服务提出了更高的要求——搭建金融服务平台。本文在剖析区域资本流动成因的基础上,从博弈论的角度对区域金融机构的合作机理进行探讨,同时界定了合作的边界,并由此对泛珠三角区域金融服务平台的构建提出了一些想法。 Capital flow is the result of the captial optimization collocation. ＂Pan Pearl River Delta＂ Cooperation accelerates the Capital flow in the ＂Pan Pearl River Delta＂Regional. So there is a demand for bettera regionl financial service establishing financial service platform. The paper analyses the cause of regionl capital flow, studys on the mechanism of ＂Pan Pearl River Delta＂ regional financial institution cooperation in game theory, and defines the boundary of the cooperation. Finally some thoughts are put firward.
