摘　　要： 本文以对北京、广州和深圳三地从事妇女新闻采访或决定妇女新闻能否发表的25名记者编辑所做的深度访谈为数据,通过对我国妇女新闻生产的分析,试图展现我国新闻生产的影响机制。文章从个体新闻从业人员的意识、媒体组织的常规和体制情境三个层面入手,论述了这三个层面对新闻生产的影响。在社会变革和媒体转型的背景下,本文试图回答:哪些因素推动了新闻生产的转型?这些因素之间是如何相互作用的?它们带来了哪些后果?虽然针对新闻生产的挑战因素经常出现,但是新闻生产基本上还是一个常规起主导作用的过程。 Based on the interviews conducted by 25 reporters and editors from Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhun, who deal with the women affairs, the paper analyses the production of women news in China and its effect system. The framework distinguishes among three analytic levels: individual consciousness, organizational routine, and institutional context. With the on-going social and media transformation, the study focuses on the following questions: which factors affect the transformation of news production How they are connected and negotiated And what are the results Although challenging and alternative factors are emerging in contemporary China, the news production at most times is a routine-dominated process.
