摘 要: 绩效评价是对公立医院院长管理的重要手段。目前,还没有形成比较科学、系统的公立医院院长个人评价指标体系,导致院长管理行为不规范,短期行为突出。通过对结果导向型指标和行为导向型指标的分析,制定了二者导向结合的评价指标体系,以便建立有效的激励约束机制,引导院长行为目标与医院、政府目标协调统一。 The performance appraisal is the important method which manages public hospital principal. At present has not formed quite scientifically, systemic index system of public hospital principal performance appraisal. It causes the administrative action of principal not to be standard, and the short-term behavior is obvious. This article analyze the result guidance index and the behavior guidance index, has formulated appraisal index system which contain two type index, in order to establishes the effective incentive-restraint mechanism and guides principal act in accord with the hospital goal and the government policies.
