摘 要: 本科生导师制是学分制管理的一个重要组成部分。该制度的实施,有利于充分发挥教师作为高校育人主体的作用,有利于学分制的完善,促进学生的个性发展。本文阐明了实施本科生导师制在高校的教书育人、因材施教方面的重要性,指出导师制实施中存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。 Tutorial system for medical undergraduate students is an important part of the credit system management. It is beneficial for giving full play to teachers' subjective role of educating students. At the same time, it is useful to developing credit system and promoting the personality of students. Starting from the demand for training high - quality comprehensive talents, this paper illustrates its importance, problems and to popularize and perfect the system.
